TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide domestic and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Pricing is based on the information provided. Additional charges may apply if the property condition differs significantly from what was described.

2. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments will result in additional charges.

3. Cancellations

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule

• Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur up to 50% charge

• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full

• If access is not provided at the agreed time, a lock-out fee may apply

4. Holiday & Bank Holiday Policy

• Reduced hours may apply on UK public holidays

• Bank Holiday bookings may incur an additional charge

• Alternative dates will be offered where possible

• Customers will receive reasonable notice of annual leave closures

5. Key Holding

Where we hold property keys:

• Keys are securely stored and coded (no address attached)

• Used solely for agreed cleaning services

• In the event of loss due to our negligence, liability is limited to reasonable replacement of keys/locks

• We are not responsible for security issues relating to external key safes unless caused by our negligence

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide safe access to the property

• Provide electricity and running water

• Inform us of hazards or risks

• Secure fragile or valuable items

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or faulty fixtures.

7. Satisfaction & Complaints

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to rectify any issues before considering a refund.

8. Liability

We hold public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Termination 

A minimum notice period of 2 weeks is required for the termination of cleaning services, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
